Marketing Manager, Customer Acquisition Boingo Wireless

The Marketing Manager position is focused on subscriber acquisition and revenue maximization across all online channels. We're looking for someone who has experience managing and optimizing conversion funnels across device form factors, including desktop/laptop, tablet and mobile devices, and a proven track-record of success driving new sales and revenue. Your work will be crucial to the success of our team as a whole and you'll get to see your impact every day.
Responsibilities:
Manage all online sales channels, including walled garden hotspot landing pages, Boingo.com, SEM, and affiliate programs.
Manage all areas of Boingo search marketing, utilizing tactics including link building, content generation, and PPC management.
Use A/B testing for all channels to optimize design, conversion funnel, and offer strategy.
Develop and execute scalable, profitable, and measurable customer acquisition programs in an online environment.
Maintain accountability for tracking key business metrics (sales, churn, etc.) as well as campaign results.
Develop and track key business metrics around customer behavior, channel analysis and competitive analysis.
Ensure flawless and fiscally sound execution of advertising and direct response acquisition efforts.
Requirements:
3-5 years of online sales/direct-marketing experience; subscripted-based business model strongly preferred.
Extensive SEM/SEO/PPC experience, Google AdWords Certified preferred.
Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
Well versed in landing page and conversion funnel optimization.
Core understanding of online user experience and landing page design fundamentals.
A passion for developing new and groundbreaking solutions to acquire customers and generate revenue.
Experience A/B or multivariate testing for site optimization. Experience with Google Analytics, WebTrends and Adobe Test&Target strongly preferred.
Demonstrated business planning skills, including sales planning and analysis, sales forecasting, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) analysis, campaign tracking and analysis, and consumer research. We love spreadsheet jockeys!
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a strong sense of urgency to get things done.
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 5+ years of marketing (or relevant) experience.
