You will be responsible driving the overall marketing strategy for our firm across all channels
Job Summary:
The Sr. Online Marketing Manager -- Customer Acquisition will work closely with the CEO to accelerate the growth of our online business. He/She will be responsible for both strategic and tactical execution of online customer acquisition and lead-generation efforts with a focus on display networks and paid search. The individual will work collaboratively with our internal/external partners ensuring that the end-to-end experience supports our growth plans. The individual should possess experience in paid advertising (e.g., SEM, Display, Social Advertising), online media buying, and conversion marketing. He/She should be highly analytical, be able to thrive in a fast-paced, direct response marketing environment and have a strong desire to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Manage a sizable and growing paid search and display marketing budget with a focus on new customer acquisition, lead generation and conversion
Work with the CEO on paid search and display strategy, which will include setting revenue, customer acquisition, and ROI targets
Own campaign planning and budgeting including optimization of spend across Search Engines, Google Display, Exchanges, Direct Buys, and Retargeting.
Define channel KPIs and develop regular reporting to measure channel performance/progress
Analyze campaign results and report insights, opportunities and challenges in bi-monthly meeting with Director of Ecommerce, CEO, and Agency rep
Manage creation, launch and optimization of campaigns with assistance from internal web creative and web development teams as well as Agency resources
Evaluate and select appropriate tools/technologies for managing assigned channels
Evaluate other online paid marketing channels for future expansion
Qualifications:
5+ years of online channel experience with demonstrated success and career progression, agency experience a plus
2+ years of experience managing an online media budget
Demonstrates an understanding of direct marketing principles, e.g., understands and can manage cost of acquisition with an eye towards near-term and customer lifetime value
