Marketing Manager ? Customer Solutions.
Sterilmed is a nationally recognized company that safely reprocesses single-use medical devices
for hospitals and surgery centers across the country. We take great pride in saving hundreds of
millions of dollars for the health care system while simultaneously diverting thousands of tons of
biomedical waste from landfills. Medical device reprocessing is an FDA-regulated industry and is
endorsed by the AHA, AORN, CMS and the Joint Commission.
Key duties of the position include:
? Lead functional business partners in the development and implementation of customer
economic and environmental sustainability solutions.
? Develop an in-depth understanding of customer requirements and represent the voice of
customer within the company. Develop effective customer solutions and tools that
facilitate sales success with customers.
? Aggressively position and market Sterilmed as the leader in providing economic and
environmental solutions for healthcare organizations. Develop clear, compelling value
solutions based on customer needs.
? Provide direction and leadership for the creation of economic and environmental specific
solutions and content including web content, collateral, white papers / case studies,
customer presentations, and solutions programs.
? Formulate overall industry and solution marketing plans, including metrics to ensure the
organization meets strategic goals. Guide key stakeholders in the development and
implementation of customer solutions that drive value and customer savings.
? Work with product marketing to ensure product launch and product lifecycle
management supports the commercialization model.
? Create, support and perform sales training to ensure field understanding of the Sterilmed
business model and are able to execute on guiding customers through our process.
? Participate in sales calls to ensure field effectiveness in positioning and selling.
? Maximize revenue and profitability through the management of the Sterilmed business
and service model.
? Establish strong relationship with Brand Manager to ensure that all efforts reflect the
Sterilmed brand and value proposition.
? Lead the development of key opinion leaders, customer advisory boards and key
stakeholders to improve business offers.
? Demonstrated leadership and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate
closely across the organization.
? Strategic thinking and ability to define and pursue high level objectives.
? Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic and attention to detail.
? 30% travel required.

related to work activities performed in area of responsibility? TRAINING: Complete training in area of responsibility within allowed time-period.
Training is required for changes in existing policies & procedures, for new assignments and
for implementation of new policies & procedures. Complete required periodic re-training
in areas such as environmental health & safety

Desired qualifications include:
? Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent experience
? 5+ years successful related business experience (in medical device marketing or
? Prior experience in healthcare or the medical device industry is preferred
? Proficient in Microsoft Office
? Ability to function independently as well as part of a team
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
