Display Manager, Online Marketing/AcquisitionsGilt Groupe is looking for a world-class online marketer who has hands on experience in a wide array of channels and is well-versed in acquisitions display advertising, mobile advertising, analytics, emerging trends platforms (mobile/social) and online marketing best practices. Working closely with internal and external partners, this is a newly created position and will be responsible for driving the next phase of new display advertising for the company. This is a great opportunity to participate in determining and executing the display media strategy for one of the fastest growing ecommerce companies of all time, and provides the chance to be exposed to a broad range of online marketing disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Drive profitable acquisitions via display and mobile media channels
Partner with multiple business units (Women?s and Men?s apparel, Kids and Baby, Home) and the creative department to create and test exceptional advertising creative
Communicate with Creative, Marketing, PR, Merchandising and Agency teams to ensure various media projects are completed on time and on budget
Use industry research as well as internal data to foster leadership in innovation, media planning and consumer insights
Identify and manage external partners (agencies and vendors) to ensure customer acquisition and awareness goals are hit for online media
Requirements:
3+ years of online marketing/media planning experience and bachelor?s degree
Deep focus on campaign performance metrics across placements
Experience in managing external partners (platform and media vendors) to hit targets
Experience with Ad Trafficking and 3rd-Party Advertising platforms (preferably DoubleClick)
Familiarity with Online Analytics platforms (preferably Google Analytics)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience managing large scale projects (manage timelines, deliverables, etc.)
Excellent vendor and partner management skills
