Your Role:
The BidPal Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing and communications strategy in a manner that supports rapid business growth and enhances brand equity and awareness. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all marketing functions to achieve the Company objectives of sales, growth, profitability, and visibility while ensuring a consistent marketing message and position consistent with the corporate direction.
Responsibilities
Create, manage, coordinate and execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations
Assist in developing unique value propositions and brand awareness
Lead and manage Direct Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Online Marketing, Social Media and Event Marketing
Achieve targeted results and ensure timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and programs
Develop benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs.
Research competitors and develop marketing strategies to differentiate BidPal
Develop specific Lead Generation Programs through marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the VP in developing the overall strategy and new product launch go-to-market plans
Develop thought leader content that can be used to position BidPal in the marketplace
Represent BidPal as the auction automation leader
Develop and prepare key messaging and presentation material for senior management
Measure the effectiveness of the marketing department and implement improvements as required
Manage department to budget
Identify, interpret, and capitalize on marketing trends
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-7 years progressive marketing management experience
University degree or college diploma in business with a marketing focus, MBA preferable
Organized and the ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes
Strategic thinker with broad understanding of business management, marketing strategies, sales and technology delivery.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated team player who can exceed goals
Proven track record of success.
Possess a Marketing and customer service orientation
Flexible, and able to quickly adapt to new situations
Good business acumen with an ability to collaborate, delegate and consult.
A results oriented performance manager who listens and gives innovative feedback.
A true ?Leader? exhibiting ethics and integrity.
The ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals
Able to work with minimal supervision, while maintaining focus and productivity and meeting deadlines.
