Working with the BlueCava team, the Marketing Manager role includes a variety of corporate marketing, PR, campaign and MarCom responsibilities. We're looking for a high-energy team player experienced in the online advertising space in New York. The Marketing Manager should continue to elevate BlueCava?s position in the market through strategic product positioning and demand-generating marketing initiatives in conjunction with Sales, Client Services, and Product. This role reports to the VP of Products.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop themes and material for marketing initiatives.
Responsible for all product launches
Create original and compelling ?sales-ready? marketing materials and update when necessary - including brochures, web content, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations
Communicate marketing messages to field sales; develop new sales strategies, presentations, tools, and training; brief field sales on product introduction, joint solutions with partners, and launch strategies.
Become marketing?s master of customer related success stories and data ? helping marketing and sales leadership understand what value customers are achieving and how we can leverage those successes in on-going prospect marketing. (ROI, revenue, efficiencies, customer quotes, verticals, etc.)
Conduct and manage industry research, including competitive analyses, customer segmentation and analysis, general growth trends, customer win-loss interviews, competitive press release critiques for internal use, etc.
Ensure all content promotion activities are coordinated across channels including social promotion (Facebook,?Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Project Management for all events, trade shows and webinar projects.
Desired Skills & Experience
6-8 years marketing experience, in the ad technology, data, or digital media industries.

Understanding of use cases
Experience in corporate marketing with launching a product or company
Project management and organization
BA/BS in a related field
Re-branding experience a plus
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; highly effective presentation skills
He/she should be a marketing ?athlete? with the flexibility to wear many different hats in a fast-paced start-up environment
Experience conducting and analyzing market and competitive research and using those insights to develop compelling value propositions for target markets
Must thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
Experience marketing complex B2B technology products, particularly to marketers
Experience in mobile marketing and/or marketing measurement/data
Strong visual thinking with an ability to express concepts and build branding through images and visual design, familiarity with graphics programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software, and a PowerPoint guru.
