Specific Media is a global media company offering innovative advertising solutions and multi-screen, multi-format targeting capabilities that allow brands to connect with consumers and influence purchasing decisions as they are being made.
The Marketing Manager responsibilities will encompass developing and executing marketing plans to achieve internal/external promotional strategies, PR efforts, trade initiatives, events, product launches, and ad sales objectives. The position is based in the New York City office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Work cross functionally with product teams, sales teams, and management to create and implement comprehensive corporate marketing strategies.
Coordinate the development and completion of advertising and marketing projects.
Execute successful on and offline marketing campaigns in partnership with our PR and Ad Agencies.
Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioning.
Serve as internal expert for marketing and product information.
Create sales materials including decks, one sheets, and other marketing collateral.
Manage trade shows and liaison with external clients and vendors.
Develop, mentor, and train junior marketing team members.

Ability to project manage and measure ROI of marketing activities.
Knowledge of digital media and ad sales strategies.

Possess the skills to establish strong relationships with different teams to be able to work
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related.
Minimum five years experience to encompass above responsibilities, including experience managing direct reports. Previous digital advertising experience required. Agency experience a plus.
Detail oriented, organized. Strong communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
