This position will support the Vice President of Music / Digital Marketing and Vice President of Corporate Marketing (who this reports to) on planning and executing marketing programs for TouchTunes products and services. This is a comprehensive marketing role spanning business and consumer, on and offline tactics. Day to day projects will range from PhotoBooth and Karaoke to mobile and social media marketing campaigns. You will be educating and exciting the market about new entertainment technology and be measured on driving business results for TouchTunes.
Be the expert and develop strategic marketing plans for assigned product initiatives including PhotoBooth and Karaoke. Focus is on B2B marketing with some B2C as well.
Lead the management and execution of assigned marketing programs including documentation, coordination and budgets.
Use your creative side to leverage all available avenues to drive marketing programs to success.
Create and manage content for B2B communication and sales support including presentations, newsletters and collateral.
Provide product marketing support to sales and operator partners, gather feedback, and communicate salient learnings with the team
Identify and measures metrics to monitor program success and improve results over time.
Thrive in cross-functional teams collaborating with R&D, sales, customer service, business operations, vendors and marketing colleagues.
Skills and competencies:
5 years of work experience as a product marketing or brand manager, including a minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience or marketing a technical product. Experience with tech companies a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong client service and project management skills. Writing / presentation samples required.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage concurrent projects.
Ability to learn quickly and apply industry and company specific knowledge to drive large and small projects to success.
Comfort-level generating ideas and investigating autonomously to make recommendations as part of the larger product marketing strategy
Comfort with taking direction and the humility to listen and learn along with a track-record of success.
Persistence, with patience. Collaboration and team-based experience a must.
