ZoomInfo is seeking an online advertising and social media manager who can take us to the next level in online advertising and social media. You will consistently run online B2B campaigns. You will serve as the strategic social media lead focused on delivering game-changing social experiences and thought leadership. You will be directly responsible for meeting aggressive growth and profitability targets in a short period of time.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute online advertising plans that achieve aggressive lead generation, business, revenue and profitability objectives
Manage lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn, Twitter and Google
Manage the online advertising budget including: budgeting, reporting and forecasting
Implement tests and execute upon findings in the areas of effective copywriting, user behavior and landing page design, leading to business growth
Work with designers and copywriters to develop online banner advertising and landing pages
Responsible for leading and driving social media strategy, programming and execution
Establish social media practice as key driver of revenue and margin growth
To succeed in this position, you must be a passionate self starter, results oriented, creative thinker analytical, tech savvy and strategic thinker.
Requirements:
Proven experience in building significant revenues through marketing programs
Minimum 5 years experience in B2B online marketing including media planning & buying, banner display advertising and social media experience.
Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
Managed large marketing budgets
Experience with web analytic packages (Google Analytics)
Experience with Google Adwords platform
Experience with modern demand generation tools, including marketing automation software and CRM systems
Result Oriented ? evaluate your work only through measure results against goals
Experience with various acquisition channels (mobile, national cables) a plus
Strong analytical capabilities. Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics for program measurement and ROI.
