Our Marketing Manager plays a key role in our creative and dynamic team. The position is an essential part of a multidisciplinary team that develops sustainable engagement strategies for our clients'. He/she is responsible for working management to design and configure external communication strategies and working with our business development team to enhance our message and coordinate our marketing outreach.
--Create and deliver marketing & communication plans in accordance with an overall communication strategy;
--Work with executive management to plan and prep for conferences, speaking engagement and other external marketing opportunities
--Manage a portfolio of marketing & communication strategies for 20-30 clients of various size, industry, and geographic distribution;
--Collaborate with our internal subject matter experts, brand, design, and digital teams to develop attractive, meaningful communication pieces for clients and prospects;
--Actively participate in team activities to optimize internal processes and generate new ideas to improve our engagement marketing and communication materials;
--Write, edit, and deliver recurring informational messages to the organization;
--Prepare and deliver effective presentations about Predilytics programs and services during prospecting, finalist meetings, and other internal engagements as needed;
--Maintain compliance with Predilytics' policies, procedures and mission statement; and
--Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.
--Bachelor's degree/diploma in Communications, Marketing, or another related field, or equivalent additional experience;
--5-7 years' experience in communications (internal or external) or demonstrated performance in developing communication plans & messaging in other fields;
--Outstanding relationship-building and collaboration skills;
--Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
--Presentation/facilitation to groups of up to 20 people;
--Ability to write for voice;
