Marketing Manager Cornerstone OnDemand

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing lead generation plans and programs supporting the Dach sales organization. Key objectives include creating awareness of and education about Cornerstone product and service offerings, establishing and managing lead generation campaigns, and generating qualified sales leads through direct marketing and other field marketing approaches. Reporting to the RVP Marketing EMEA the ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and excited about working with a team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs designed to nurture and bring in qualified sales leads and pipeline
Responsibilities
Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, or related field
Strong background in marketing business solutions; software/SaaS marketing experience strongly preferred
Experience managing a mix of marketing programs ranging from webinars and email campaigns to events and online marketing
Experience supporting sales teams across geographic and vertical segments
Experience with Salesforce and Eloqua a big plus
Must be self-motivated and results-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be a team player
Able to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Required Skills and Experience
