The Merchandising Team at Allconnect works with our inside sales centers to grow product sales, maximize product sales mix, and product revenue while insuring Allconnect delivers an excellent consumer experience. In addition, the Merchandising Team works directly with our various Service Providers to offer competitive products and pricing for video, internet, voice and security in our utility and online sales channels.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution of the merchandizing strategy for a diverse product portfolio. The position will primarily be focused on program management and data analysis, specifically related to the performance of products within our various sales channels and the creation of revenue through those channels. Responsibilities will include all day to day tactical execution of process management, offer management, promotion availability, analysis and reporting, and internal resource coordination. A percentage of time will be allocated to ensuring the optimization of sales results in our call centers by working closely with call center leadership, training, and coaching. Responsibilities include partner reporting, sales execution tactics, escalation management, call center script development, plan management, IT project coordination (specific to partners), and product level analytics. All work must be completed with the backdrop of maximizing our sales effectiveness and impacting results through performance.
Success will be measured on the ability to effectively execute the merchandising strategy (product penetration and effective positioning) across sales platforms, including driving incremental Revenue Per Call (RPC) Revenue Per Order (PRC), while understanding and working within standard sales (call) center metrics.
Analyzes product performance within sales channels, which include utility partners and ecommerce/web solutions ? which wording do we use ? online or ecommerce?
Executes product roadmap strategies, while understanding consumer preferences, order processes and order completion drivers, Assist with competitive pricing trends and analysis.
Creates, and presents product trends, product performance on regular basis(monthly, quarterly, yearly) to internal and/or external stakeholders.
Works cross functionally with multiple internal organizations to support the performance of assigned product portfolio, including functional areas such as Sales, Customer Care, Training, Accounting, Finance and IT.
Creates sales communication collateral, sales support tools and training materials
Use market research and data analytics on product sales, consumer behavior and industry trends to drive Allconnect?s product roadmap
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to rally internal parties around a cause, coupled with the ability to strengthen external client partnerships
Proven track record in effectively driving product level performance
Deep understanding of internal processes, performance drivers and change management
Strong research and analytical skills; an intellectual curiosity and an orientation towards developing solutions to back up data findings
A core focus of performance management, operational excellence and sales execution
Ability to manage a diverse work load and prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines
Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or other relevant field
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in account/product management roles such as relationship management, channel solutions management, key accounts management, client management, business analytics, program management
Call center experience highly desired
Communications (cable, satellite, internet, online or service provider) sector experience highly desired or relevant industry
Must be able to travel as required (up to 15%)
Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
