Marketing Manager Webs

Webs the world's largest website-building solution is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive revenue and customer engagement through online communications and marketing efforts. This individual will be a key member of the marketing team in managing sales promotions and partner cross sell efforts. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth through our website, email and social media channels. This person will work closely with members of the Marketing, Customer Support, Design and QA/Engineering teams.
Core Responsibilities:
Help convert Webs free customers to paying customers and increase retention through development of comprehensive promotional and engagement programs.
Drive partner revenue by planning and project managing partner marketing activities, including site messaging, emails, landing pages and social media coordination.
Define and develop offer strategy working with Marketing Analytics.
Develop the theme and draft copy for promotional campaigns.
Work closely with the Design team to create compelling imagery to support campaigns.
Analyze results from marketing campaigns and use those analytics to inform and develop future strategies.
Formulate testing strategies to determine optimal messaging to meet business objectives with A/B testing.
Report promotion results and status on a weekly basis to management.
Qualifications:
7 years marketing-specific experience with a minimum 3 years detailed experience in managing marketing programs through website, email and social media channels.
Experience with implementing and optimizing promotional campaigns including both website and email optimization.
Demonstrated ability to manage a large number of campaigns across various customer segments.
Superior copy writing skills with the ability to understand technology solutions and translate them into easy to understand messaging.
High degree of organization and self-motivation is required along with the ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing.
Very results driven with exceptional attention to detail and need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required understanding of the detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically A/B testing and ROI analysis.
Strong interpersonal and verbal skills with the ability to work with short lead times and tight deadlines.
Have worked in the past with Design, Customer Support, Engineering and Marketing teams.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Photoshop and HTML skills a plus.
Undergraduate degree in a relevant major such as marketing, communications or advertising.
High user of the Internet and someone who follows online trends.
Preferred experience in working with companies that provide web-based solutions to small businesses and/or self-employed business owners.
