We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. In this hands on role you be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining creative and measurable marketing communications. This position is also responsible for the development and execution of the company?s marketing strategy.
Develop, maintain, and oversee implementation of marketing plans for M2S that continually improves the market position of M2S products and services.
Act as the brand ambassador and ensure M2S products and services are accurately and effectively portrayed in all internal and external marketing communications.
Collaborate with development team on design and presentation of products and services to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Create and implement a strategy for utilizing social media channels to communicate a strong, clear messaging about the company?s mission, employees, products and services, business development, tradeshow activities, and community relations.
Oversee tradeshow coordination including the evaluation of tradeshow participation, event planning, pre- and post- show promotions/campaigns, collateral and giveaways, booth layout and materials. As needed, attend tradeshows to evaluate company presence and competitors, as well as gain customer feedback and market research.
Maintain external working relationships with various vendors.
Create an analysis of campaigns and marketing tools for online and print media, as well as overseeing the corporate website and M2S?s overall web presence.
Bachelor?s degree required in marketing, or related field/experience.
Hands on experience in a similar Marketing role responsible for product management/product launches and creating marketing collateral.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Thorough understanding of branding principles and tactics through multimedia including the Web.
Proven ability to design, develop and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations.
Candidates who are unable to be onsite at our headquarters full time will not be considered.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
Superior written and verbal communications skills
Experience in healthcare
Experience with Salesforce.com
Knowledge and experience with developing and implementing marketing strategies; an understanding of metrics to measure the effectiveness of various sales and marketing communications programs
Ability to take initiative to recommend strategies for improvement in practices and systems
Ability for creative thinking and persistence to overcome objections or obstacles
