Overview
As the Marketing Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the marketing team with the planning and implementation of the company?s lead generation strategy, marketing campaign execution and data management activities. The Marketing Operations Associate will play a critical role in our growth strategy, reinforcing Lattice Engines as an industry leader and enabling our sales team to accelerate opportunities through the sales pipeline. Responsibilities
Assist in lead generation, research and qualification through an in-depth understanding of target prospect profiles
Conduct research on new and existing lead contacts to ensure they meet criteria for marketing and pass-through to sales
Manage / update contact information for segmentation in Marketo and Salesforce.com
Coordinate with sales team to ensure sales engagement and follow-up
Monitor marketing related performance metrics and analytics, including ownership of the growth of the database
Refine marketing technology processes to enable more effective lead nurturing campaigns
Develop creative ways to maximize marketing nurture campaigns and tie-in to other Lattice Engines marketing activities, with the objective of helping generate a higher volume of qualified leads for sales
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in marketing or related area of study
3-5 years of experience in previous B2B marketing operations role
Previous experience using marketing automation (i.e., Marketo) and/or CRM database management (i.e., Salesforce.com) tools
Experience conducting research using web sources (e.g., LinkedIn, Jigsaw/Data.com)
Proven and successful lead generation and technology marketing experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Motivated, engaging personality who enjoys collaboration with a broader marketing and sales team
Proficient knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Thinks analytically with sales outcomes in mind and how marketing activities translate into superior sales outcomes
