Mashery is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Coordinator to join the amazing Mashery marketing team. Applicants will be considered with prior marketing experience and are local to the San Francisco Bay Area.
As a marketing operations coordinator you will be assisting and implementing all marketing strategies of the company. While doing your duty, you have to keep in mind that you will be expected to develop various elements essential for the 'growth' of a company. The Marketing Ops Coordinator work mainly includes two things: planning and research to help develop the marketing strategies of the company. You will play an important role in supporting and managing the business.
Responsibilities
Event logistics support ? from packing up supplies, to contract support. Also need to be able to staff local shows.
Email operations ? helping to create HTML/text emails using Eloqua.
Social media support ? be able to compose and deploy messages, images and videos across various social media platforms.
Procure promotion items from vendors, including selection and payment reconciliation.
Weekly consolidated reporting for marketing to key stakeholders.
Creating and posting sales materials on SalesForce.com.
Setting up marketing team meetings and webinars with Gotomeeting.
Printing Procurement ? ordering printed postcards, signage and materials for specific events.
Web site updates ? will be updated copy and graphics on various company web sites using CMS tools like Drupal and Wordpress.
Experience taking live product screen captures and basic video editing. Recording web seminars.
Research topics ? ability to research and find relevant quotes by industry for content team.
Skills and Specifications
Proven record of successful project management skills.
Sound knowledge of marketing principles.
Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and ability of applying it to marketing principles.
Ability to work individually and ability to handle self-driven projects efficiently.
Conversant with report writing, business procedures and correspondence.
Ability to establish good relations with all levels of employees.
First-class copyright skills and ability to use various technical aspects of the marketing theory for a wide range of customers.
Strong knowledge of products in the market and product of the employing company along with knowledge of type of consumers.
Time management, fixing priorities, organizing skills, attentiveness, accuracy in performance.
Statistical knowledge for analyzing systems and data for suggesting quick solutions for the problems.
Effective presentation of information and strong spoken language skills for responding to questions from managers, clients and the general public.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing.
2-3 Years experience in Marketing or Sales operations role within a technology company
