Marketing Operations Manager TimeTrade Systems
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Why We Want YOU
It?s not because you've spent hours reading manuals and following tutorials for marketing automation tools. It's because you know them so well that you're agile enough to tweak and manipulate them to perform customized workflows and fulfill complex business requirements.
It?s not because you know how to run reports and deliver data. It's because you know the organizational impact of the data you're delivering and can translate the story it tells to the business stakeholders.
It?s not because you've worked with marketing and sales teams to provide the tools and processes they tell you they need. It's because you know what they need before they do and can bridge the marketing and sales gap, facilitating productivity for the whole team.
It?s not because you know how to develop your own skills as a marketer. It?s because you love to share your knowledge and experience with the people around you and strive to improve your entire team.
What You?ll Do for Us
You're going to take on the operations of a highly active and dynamic sales and marketing team. You will execute on the initiatives that the marketing team creates to drive revenue, increase awareness, generate leads, and fuel the sales pipeline.
You'll provide the analytics that the executive team uses every day to make strategic business decisions and grow the bottom line.
You'll take the digital marketing space by the horns and manage projects such as online advertising, SEO implementation, email marketing campaigns, website content management and social media campaigns.
You'll manage and administer the tools that the marketing and sales teams use every day, making sure everyone is on board and using the tools to increase productivity.
You'll drive TimeTrade's field marketing efforts, making sure our team is fully prepared and organized for tradeshows and other events.
You'll take control of the internal marketing calendar and be prepared to speak to our programs on a moment's notice, ensuring that everyone in the organization has visibility into how the public will be experiencing TimeTrade.
What You'll Need to Get the Job Done
Of course, this is the section where you expect to read about the list of technologies and skills you'll need to get the job done. We?re happy to oblige!
At a minimum you?ll be working with Marketo, Salesforce.com, Drupal, PostWire, most social media platforms, Google Analytics and Google Adwords.
We prefer you to have a Bachelor's degree, but if you can demonstrate that you have what it takes to deliver results, we won't let anything get in your way.
We're hoping you have 2-5 years of marketing experience under your belt. We came up with that number because, for the most part, that's around how long it probably takes to be familiar with the most common tactical problem solving scenarios you can expect to encounter here.
TimeTrade?s team is a dynamic and exciting one, constantly staying on the leading edge of marketing technologies and trends. We're depending on you to stay up-to-date with the latest and make sure we stay on that leading edge while retaining productivity.
Interviewing At TimeTrade
Even though we already know that you?re the best person for the job, we still want you to prove to us that we were right all along.
We?re not trying to grade you, though. Instead, we will simulate what it would be like to work here so that you can decide if you?d like it here, and we can do the same. As a marketer, you should be prepared to market yourself. It will be important to us to see how you present yourself both in written and verbal communications.
One of the final steps of the interview process will be a presentation to select marketing and executive stakeholders. As we mentioned, this will not be a "right or wrong" test, but a display of how you work, how you present yourself, and how we can expect to work together.
Interviewing at TimeTrade will be a lot of fun! You?re going to meet us and make us feel bad for not finding you a month ago.
