Marketing Operations Manager Gilt Groupe

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily email execution and delivery calendar across all business units
Lead execution of marketing initiatives via coordination with marketing, technology and merchandising partners while managing email team schedules and capacity
Develop & document processes to support the launch of new email marketing products
Act as primary intermediary with the Gilt engineering team to manage the email marketing project development and release schedule
Day-to-day management of key issues impacting sales/marketing performance
Prepare email operations reporting and analyze metrics


Qualifications:

3+ years in an online-focused organization
Strong Project Management skills
Excellent communication skills (including the ability to communicate/influence at all levels)
Excellent working knowledge of web technologies, with a background in email, website development highly preferred
Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize within demanding time constraints
Adept at Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
