Marketing Operations Manager Hearsay Labs

In this role, you would own data enrichment, marketing process automation and tools, reporting, and budgeting to optimize campaign performance, marketing spend, and ROI. In addition to working closely with all members of the Marketing team, you will work in close collaboration with Sales Operations/Sales, Finance, and 3rd party vendors.
Own, develop and enrich target account organization structure and prospect data for demand gen
Optimize Marketo to drive lead generation, lead nurture, targeted marketing programs, and reporting
Design and analyze performance reports and dashboards to measure and optimize marketing ROI
Identify marketing funnel gaps and develop process solutions with the marketing and sales team
Develop, manage and prepare Marketing Dashboard for weekly reporting and quarterly reviews
Manage the overall marketing budget and spend with VP of Marketing
Bachelor degree in marketing, finance, business administration or statics economics, math/statistics or significant analytical experience
3 - 5 years of marketing ops experience
Experience and proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce.com, and Excel, working with and analyzing large data sets required.
Ability to collect, correlate and analyze large amounts of data coupled with recommended actions
Comfortable working in fast-moving environment with quickly changing priorities
Problem solver focused on business outcomes
