We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager with a strong analytical background and marketing experience to drive customer acquisition activities for SugarSync; especially for the SugarSync for Business product. You will be accountable for revenue generation from new and existing customers via online marketing programs: develop innovative programs to generate incremental revenue, perform A/B testing, work with product to improve in-product messaging/user experience, work closely with technical teams and agencies to improve the conversion experience, work closely with technical teams and agencies to improve the conversion experience. Key responsibilities include:
Meet aggressive revenue and subscriber growth goals for company.
Drive funnel and viral optimization to maximize subscriber growth.
Manage paid and organic search, affiliate marketing, display advertising, and download sites.
Develop new ideas (marketing and operational) to increase revenue in conjunction with the product and sales team.
Drive web page creative including messaging, visual design, and call-to-action.
Maintain monthly reports on key metrics and present to senior management.
Work closely with technical teams on new technologies to improve e-commerce experience.
3+ years (preferably 5) of related experience in a B2B and B2C space in a high tech organization.
Experience driving marketing for B2B lead generation.
Experience with subscription monetization model.
Experience with different analytics tools such as - Google Analytics, Kontagent, Flurry and/or MySQL databases.
Creative, proactive, high energy, deadline focused, quality driven.
Able to motivate cross-functional teams and work with others cooperatively without an existing team of marketing professionals.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), excellent presentation skills, well organized, self-starter, strong attention to detail, flexible, resourceful, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, quick intellect, natural curiosity, mentoring and multi-tasking skills.
Education - BS/BA preferably in quantitative/analytical field; MBA preferred.
