The Marketing Operations Specialist will be directly responsible for packaging, roll-out, and tracking of all in-region marketing programs ranging in complexity from long term, integrated, strategic programs to very tactical event or rapid response driven activities. He/she will build and maintain a regional communications calendar and be responsible for the program management and execution aspects of all activities listed within it. The Marketing Operations Specialist will also be responsible for management and the cleanliness of the regional contact database and will act as a system ?super-user? for the both the CRM and the Marketing Automation System. He/she will manage all list imports, database queries; lead management ROI tracking and reporting, as well as, the lead follow-up process with sales. He/she will also be responsible for managing the content syndication program for the Americas under the direction of the in-region field marketing team.
Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, Marketing, Communication or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years demonstrated experience in marketing program development and execution. A deep understanding of Sales Force CRM is required and experience with Pardot (now a SFDC company) marketing automation system is preferred. Candidate must be detail orientated and work well under pressure to achieve deadlines.
Technology proficient ? with a broad range of software and hardware systems including CRM, marketing automation, and core Windows based software programs such as Microsoft Office. Salesforce.com skills are essential. Familiarity with Pardot a plus.
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and tactically, sense of urgency, team attitude.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
Additional languages a plus.
Ability to collaborate and communicate at all levels with internal stakeholders

EESSENTIALDUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited, to, the following:
Marketing Program/Campaign Execution
Support the creation and execution of integrated outbound marketing campaigns, including emails, webcasts, third-party syndication, events, telemarketing campaigns ? designed to deliver and nurture quality sales leads
Responsible for briefing of internal sales team and telemarketing teams for campaign follow-up to achieve effectiveness
Develop, design, implement and measure automated marketing lead nurture programs
Work with external vendors and internal resources to manage coordination of collateral, promotional items, program translations to support global and regional marketing activities
Manage in-region localization projects for programs, web, PR, and portal related activities
As directed, research data sources to target markets and prospects for management in support for regional prospecting, partner and customer programs
Support regional events and tradeshows, and then project manage event to ensure central programs marketing, product marketing, PR, sales and partners are all integrated into the event plan, manage all event logistics and communications and monitor leads through to follow-up by telemarketing or internal teams in salesforce.com when directed
Marketing Program/Campaign ROI Tracking and Reporting
Work with Inside Sales and regional marketing to monitor and report results
Report on metrics of regional and central/global marketing programs/campaigns
Analysis of trends and patterns for ongoing nurturing campaigns to ensure the most effective strategies are followed

Manage budgets (purchase reqs, approvals, tracking and reporting)
