Airbnb is looking for talented Marketing Specialists to join the Online Marketing team in our San Francisco office. The ideal candidate for this position will be quantitative, fun, motivated, detail-oriented, and excited about marketing within the travel space.
Responsibilities
Build, manage and optimize effective marketing campaigns for a diverse range of initiatives (e.g., revenue generation, user sign-ups and strategic investment) across various search and social media networks, including Google, Yahoo!, Bing and Facebook
Create, manage and optimize localized marketing campaigns based on strategic initiatives and deliver on specific CPA goals in native languages
Generate and update online marketing reports (via tools and on an ad hoc basis) and regularly share performance metrics to the greater Online Marketing team
Manage ongoing communication and workflows with product vendors to help resolve issues, document challenges, facilitate collaborative product roadmap brainstorming sessions, etc.
Identify new opportunities and strategies for assigned markets that will assist with scaling our acquisition efforts for specific languages
Requirements
Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is required
2-5 years of tactical online marketing and account management experience
Knowledge and understanding of global ad platforms (Google, Facebook, Bing, etc.) and local ad platforms
Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.)
Ability to share knowledge and work on a team but also be a self-starter to hit individual ROI goals
Familiarity with creating innovative and effective marketing strategies on multiple ad platforms. Experience ranging from writing ad copy, trafficking, defining audience targets, structuring tests and generating out-of-the-box solutions to help increase conversions are all musts
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Excellent communication skills
Must be creative, detail-oriented, organized and results-driven
