We?re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to help Jive with developing lead management processes that will drive sales. The ideal candidates is someone who has a passion for analytics, data, and building world-class marketing campaigns. This is the perfect opportunity for a marketer with a deep interest in defining marketing best practices and who enjoys understanding the ins and outs of a marketing department.
Participate in the development and management of online/digital marketing programs with the purpose of generating awareness and new sales leads for the company.
Support outbound email strategy, planning and execution, including day to day execution of email campaigns.
Create campaigns to increase lead flow to sales (accelerate lead status from the marketing funnel to the sales funnel)
Maintain Marketing Nurtures for all departments (mechanics) and working with management regarding messaging and CTAs.
Manage third party vendors on marketing operations and program projects and campaigns
Coordinate with all Marketing departments to create process and procedures for campaigns in Marketo/Salesforce including set-up, management, and tracking. Create documentation for all procedures to be used for ongoing learning and hew hire orientation (eLearning).
Ensure operations team needs are clearly scoped out and submitted to IT.
Database enhancements and periodic testing of database software updates and new version releases
Provide value-added program insight (establish best-in-class and key learnings) on a monthly/quarterly basis to the Marketing Department.
Develop and report metrics demonstrating implementation progress. Handle monthly/quarterly reporting across Marketing departments
Maintain and enhance (further develop) a marketing dashboard and report on marketing operational metrics relating to data in their respective database houses.
Help to maintain Jive Marketing Operations Portal and field questions that come through for support.
Oversee the process of list pulls for outbound email campaigns, focusing on improving the process through automation providing more visibility to email lists.
Annual customer segmentation analysis with a focus on identifying net new business.
Provide management view into process changes/automation resulting in increased measurable results.
Align internal operations management with stakeholders in IT, Web Services and Marketing programs.
Streamline processes and integrate multiple systems to increase operational efficiencies and visibility (i.e. Insightera, Marketo, Monetate, Salesforce, etc?)
Complete other duties as assigned to meet company goals.
Up to two year?s work experience in high tech marketing
Bachelor?s Degree is required with preference for business administration, economics, marketing, or other relevant disciplines
Analytical mindset to draw conclusions from reports and offer insightful recommendations
Can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a rapidly-changing environment while managing multiple projects
Has strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Process and design oriented; enjoys solving challenging problems
Team player who enjoys working in cross-functional teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with Marketo and salesforce.com is highly desired
