Overview:
The individual in this role will be responsible for working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to plan, manage, and execute our marketing lead process from acquisition to sales hand-off to follow-up reporting. The individual will be integral to data management, maintenance, and cleansing. This individual will be required to liaise with Inside Sales Manager and team to assist with creating and executing sales campaigns. The individual will be required to learn and master internal marketing systems including Salesforce.com, Marketo, DiscoverOrg and other marketing automation tools.
Responsibilities:
Assist Marketing Operations Manager to fulfill marketing, sales, and operations processes, campaigns, projects, reporting and metrics, and other functions
Manage marketing lead process including vetting, supplementing, scoring, assignment, and follow-up tracking
Work closely with Inside Sales team to create a closed-loop lead process and gather and respond to feedback on our efforts
Maintain ongoing data management, cleansing, and hygiene
Assist with campaign creation and management for sales campaigns
Manage list building and filtering requirements
Cleanse and upload leads from events and webinars to our CRM systems
Learn and become an authority on our marketing tools including Salesforce.com, Marketo, DiscoverOrg, etc.
Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects as necessary
Qualifications:
1+ year experience with Salesforce.com
1+ years experience in B2B marketing organization
Technologically savvy with the ability to understand complex logic
MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel knowledge (or similar programs)
Effective written and verbal skills
Person capable of working effectively in a team environment and on independent projects
Person with extremely high energy and positive outlook

Verbal: Must be able to articulate issues, concerns, feedback in concise and effective way
Interpersonal: Ability to liaise with multiple departments and personalities diplomatically

None required, Salesforce.com Administrator Certified a plus

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This work is typically performed in an office environment, which requires normal safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and see. Arms, hands and fingers will be needed to reach and operate computers; this will require more than two-thirds of the employee's work. Employee will occasionally need to lift boxes or materials 30+ pounds. Standing, walking and sitting will each require about one-third of the employee's time.
