Marketing Program Manager, Audience Management who understands the value of nurturing customer relationships and maximizing customer lifetime value. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing specific programs to increase engagement of our prospects and customers, manage an overall marketing and campaign program that is focused on key audiences across each stage in the consumer journey, and develop a thorough understanding of the key audiences including behaviors, motivations and potential opportunities for MapR.
This is a hands-on role, spanning strategic to tactical; establishing multi-tiered audience communication programs; cross-functional team collaboration.
Manage and nurture contacts and engage entire audience consistently with innovative and unexpected marketing to drive meetings and opportunities
Help deepen our relationship with current database members through a broad range of online and offline communications
Manage day-to-day marketing activities from concept and research through to implementation with direct sales team to deliver optimal leads into funnel
Develop ongoing engagement programs for each stage in the customer lifecycle
Consistently iterate and improve marketing and lead nurturing activities through measurement and optimization
Maximize effectiveness of automated engagement channels
Measure the success of marketing programs from a budget, contact/lead, and pipeline perspective.
4 year degree required
5+ years customer marketing experience, with experience with the challenges of targeting enterprise audiences
Experienced with marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferably Marketo and SFDC)
Strong customer-facing communication skills and technical aptitude
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and effectively adapts to change
A real go-getter who takes the initiative to get things done
