Overview
As nCircle's Marketing Programs Manager - Cloud Solutions your responsibilities include driving the overall lead generation and awareness marketing programs for nCircle's cloud-based solutions. These responsibilities include managing program development and execution, marketing communications, social media, and online marketing activities.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, this role requires a strong ability to create and execute effective marketing programs that deliver proven results. We don't just create a program and put it out there- we follow up on our investments using analytics to determine, measure and communicate program effectiveness and tweak when needed for successful results. The person in this role must be able to work independently to reach their established goals but also along with the overall Marketing team for collective goals.
Performance in this position directly affects the company's sales success and competitive position in the market. Ideal candidates will fit into our intelligent, high-energy environment where rapid response, quick thinking, and flexibility are required to execute solid foundation of marketing programs.
Responsiblities:
Research, select and negotiate marketing programs for a variety of audiences working within established budget.
Develop, execute, and track results of marketing programs and program content to meet established metrics and goals.
Support sales teams and online selling efforts generating revenue by executing high quality programs to generate qualified leads.
Ensure social media and marketing program integration.
Work with internal tools including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics programs.
Track marketing program results and communicate results analytically to make fact-based decisions, evolve programs and improve processes to positively impact revenue.
Required Skills and Experience:
7+ years of experience in marketing programs or product marketing, SaaS solution marketing, quantitative marketing analysis, product management or related disciplines.
1+ years of experience working with Marketo and Salesforce.com.
Marketing analytics, business, communications and information technology knowledge a plus.
Google AdWords and Analytics experience a plus.
Experience working in Small to Medium Business market.
Demonstrated success in prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting schedules and staying within established budgets.
Demonstrated success in working hands-on with limited resources to produce content or other deliverables.
Must be able to write own content and provide creative direction.
Proven ability to develop and communicate key marketing messages in multiple channels.
Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as with teams and all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment where action, initiative and tenacity are required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience required.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
