THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As a key member of the Marketing team, you will play a hands-on, critical role in building and executing marketing campaigns using Marketo. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Services and Business Development teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical execution. Ideal candidates should have technical aptitude, an understanding of lead nurturing, marketing programs and best practices, and the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment. -Note: Qvidian will be moving its corporate headquarters from Lowell to Chelmsford, MA mid-November.-
Architect, implement, manage and oversee execution of new marketing programs using Marketo and Salesforce.com
Work in partnership with programs team to maintain and drive lead nurturing programs
Define and recommend campaign flows for programs in Marketo
Design and deliver email campaigns for marketing programs and product & service announcements
Create and deliver forms and landing pages utilizing testing & optimization best practices
Segment and leverage the marketing database for efficient and effective campaign targeting
Create & update marketing campaign workflows as changes to business requirements occur
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for future campaign development
Train internal CRM users on proper campaign execution
Perform ongoing pursuit of industry knowledge, best practices and trends as it pertains to marketing automation and campaign management?
Experience working with Marketo, or other SaaS marketing automation tools. Marketo certification a plus.
CRM experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC). 2+ years? experience preferred.
Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of marketing and sales funnel and segmentation
Experience developing lead scoring and nurturing programs that support marketing objectives
Ability to understand workflow processes and systems within the Marketing/Sales cycle
