Marketing Program Manager - Online Marketing Idera

We are looking for an experienced, metrics-driven marketing candidate to achieve our contact acquisition and licensed product download goals. The qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful history in a marketing role for a software company with responsibilities for the strategy and execution of online marketing programs. This position will report to the Director of Demand Generation.
Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that includes content programs (webcasts/white papers), online advertising (banner ads), sponsorships, co-branded email, and other creative means to reach online audiences with the purpose of contact acquisition to grow the database.
Negotiate contracts with vendors to maximize value and ensure that lead guarantees will result in the department?s goal attainment.
Interact with product team to ensure product positioning is effectively communicated and reaches the appropriate target audience through media partners.
Work with the sales team to ensure that they are briefed on marketing programs and have the right tools to follow up as required.
Work with web development team to ensure that marketing programs are accurately reflected on our Web site and that all required lead acquisition components are fully in place.
Work with Marketing Operations to collect information and data to produce weekly and monthly results and ROI.
Complete other projects as needed to meet team and company goals.
5+ years of marketing program management experience with a software company.
Experience in managing and executing B2B demand generation and acquisition programs.
Strong negotiating skills with vendors emphasizing that they ensure the highest quality and on-time delivery.
Must have strong copy editing skills. Copy writing experience is a plus.
Creative with a solutions-oriented focus.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with other team members, vendors, sales, etc.
Possess a positive, can-do attitude in an ever changing environment
High self motivation with a sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present to peers and internal customers.
