The marketing team is responsible for bringing HelloWallet products to market, generating market and sales demand, developing and training our member communities, shepherding our social mission, and evolving our brand in line with our core mission principals. We are looking for an exceptional marketing program manager to join our team and drive marketing programs with our B2B prospects and customers.
Responsibilities: Qualified candidates will demonstrate a mix of experience, aptitude, and passion to prioritize and manage the following responsibilities to support our company?s mission and business goals:
Marketing program strategy: Direct the performance and priorities of online and offline marketing programs, including:
Demand Generation: Work closely with sales and field marketing to identify, create, execute, and manage lead generation programs.
Strategy Definition: Direct and oversee the strategy of our marketing automation and demand generation programs, with an initial focus on driving the top-of-funnel leads (including drip marketing, SEM, and email campaigns) and longer term focus on nurturing a core set of target buyers, prospects and customers.
Lead Nurturing: Craft lead nurturing programs and email templates for trigger-based and drip communications that advance prospects through the buying cycle
Customer Relationship Marketing:Help to grow our prospect database and deepen our relationship with current database members through a broad range of online and other communications
Integrated Campaign Management: Develop and execute online and offline marketing programs working closely with field marketing, brand marketing, design and web development.
Marketing program management: Manage and program operations & evaluate program performance, including:
Operations management: Work with the marketing and management teams to ensure that marketing programs are accurately reflected on company website and that all required lead acquisition components/calls to action are fully in place.
List Management: Work with e-mail marketing to build ongoing nurturing campaigns with messaging specific to contact roles and organizations;
Performance Management: Manage funnel reporting, analytics, modeling, and forecasting across all demand generation programs and executive dashboards
Marketing Technology Management: Optimize lead and opportunity management and infrastructure, between marketing (Marketo) and sales (salesforce.com). Implement lead scoring, segmentation, routing, and tracking for all campaigns
Marketing program automation: Optimize and scale marketing programs, including:
Marketing automation: The qualified candidate will be an expert in lead nurturing and marketing automation tools such as Google Analytics, Marketo and Salesforce or will demonstrate an aptitude and passion for developing such expertise.
Optimization: Work collaboratively with marketing managers to develop marketing templates, lead scoring, nurture, and email marketing campaigns with the ultimate goal to increase response rates, engagement, and to drive measurable pipeline.
B2B Marketing: You?ll be using Google Analytics, Marketo and Salesforce.com to run campaigns that identify, engage and attract qualified prospects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing to execute campaigns that nurture prospects, work with partners to drive creative and generate appointments to drive sales.
Additional potential opportunities for qualified candidates: Exceptional candidates will have the opportunity to expand responsibilities prior to joining or after pre-determined successful milestones to include:
Content development: Manage content conception, creation and delivery.
B2C Marketing: Apply strategies similar to above requirements for our members as they consider HelloWallet and deeper their financial expertise.
Social impact marketing: Apply strategies similar to above requirements in coordination with our brand marketing manager and our social partners in support of our 1:5 Mission
Skills / Qualifications:
3+ years working in product or marketing role
3+ years of experience with demand generation tools (such as Marketo, Eloqua, or others), specifically emails, forms, campaigns, lead scoring, nurture campaigns, and reporting. Candidates without specific experience in these technologies will be asked to demonstrate aptitude and willingness to master these technologies
Comfortable creating HTML emails and landing page layouts preferred
Experience with SalesForce.com (administration) preferred
Familiarity with SaaS go to market models
Familiarity with Fortune 500 human resource management ecosystem
Experience in B2B a demand generation environment preferred
Proven ability to work closely and successfully with a B2B sales organization
Ability to work very independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytics, reporting, project management and written communication skills
Rigorous attention to detail and focus on quality of deliverables
Ability to inspire, a positive attitude, and an empathy toward the needs of customers and prospects
Understanding of personal financial concepts
A sense of humor
Passion for the power of technology to make a positive difference in people?s lives
No travel expected.
Supervisor: reports directly to the CMO
Location: The position is based in downtown Washington, DC
