Marketing Programs Director Liaison Technologies

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Director, Marketing Programs will be responsible for managing key marketing initiatives as part of an integrated, solution oriented marketing plan driving sales and profitability for the enterprise, mid-market and channel teams. The role includes developing deep customer insights, creating marketing plans against key customer segment strategies and working across teams to ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities
Develop integrated lead acquisition and nurture programs aimed at supporting the sales teams with MQLs in their efforts to meet revenue targets and net new customers
Frequent interaction with Content and Online Marketing, Marketing Operations, Field and Inside Sales, Sales Management, Customers, Partners, Sales Development Reps and Product Marketing to produce successful marketing programs
Develop innovative marketing strategies and programs to drive MQLs for Liaison that support the sales revenue goals of the company
Own the overall MQL number to support the mid-market, enterprise and channel teams
Drive quantitative and qualitative customer intelligence and research in order to better understand customer profile, needs and behavior
Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure the production of timely reports to drive increased program ROI
Support the sales teams with references and identify potential customers for case studies
Key Skills & Experience
BA/BS required, MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in Marketing, with specific experience in B2B and digital marketing
5+ years leading marketing strategy development and developing integrated marketing programs
Solid understanding of Liaison?s industry and solutions
Results oriented team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong strategic thinking combined with great program and team management
Passion for gaining customer insights and translating insights into effective marketing programs
Strong business and marketing acumen, with capacity for original thoughts, and the ability to drive results
Superior leadership qualities, with a strong track-record of increasing responsibility
Excellent writing, presentation, organizational and analytical skills
Strong project management skills, including supervising multiple projects simultaneously
Must enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume, and time sensitive environment
