Position SummaryMarketing Programs Lead Generation Manager will manage the strategy for acquiring new customers and driving revenue from existing customers through demand generation and retention programs.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop and edit content and execute demand generation programs for all to acquire new customers against monthly and quarterly goals including direct marketing/email campaigns, live and virtual events, white papers, newsletters, and case studies.
Source, evaluate, negotiate and implement marketing campaigns and programs
Develop ecosystem of internal and external domain experts for development and delivery of content driven marketing campaigns
Interface and provide marketing support to sales team for field marketing activities
Measure and evaluate effectiveness (ROI) of demand generation programs
Enforce corporate identification standards and ensure the company brand and corporate quality standards are met throughout all marketing programs
Key Metrics:
Delivering new customers against goal
Driving ROI by source of acquisition
Funnel conversion moving customers through the lifecycle
Qualifications
Education & Knowledge Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English or other relevant discipline.
Experience / Skills / Abilities Required
Minimum 7-10+ years relevant marketing experience
Web marketing experience
Prior K-12 education marketing experience a plus
Prior enterprise software marketing experience a plus
Previous experience with marketing automation platform and email marketing tools
Highly developed analytical skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to test learn and refine direct marketing campaigns
Outstanding project management skills
Ability to succeed in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
