Description
Emptoris is seeking a creative, high energy, results-oriented individual to manage marketing programs for North America and India.
Position Purpose: Develop, drive and report on marketing programs to build awareness, stimulate demand, generate revenue-producing leads and build sales pipeline.
Position Responsibilities:
Plan, manage and execute integrated lead generation program such as tradeshows, online (PPC,SEO), email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, educational seminars and webinars
Work closely with the field and product management to quickly translate sales requirements into marketing programs
Direct and work closely with telemarketing/sales representatives on lead generation and profiling campaigns
Act as a consulting partner to corporate marketing to proactively develop strategies and tactical plans to drive revenue attainment
Implement and measure lead tracking results for North America and India marketing programs (e.g. return on investment, response rates, lead conversion ratios) to determine cost-effectiveness for each program and to enable adjustment of programs as necessary
Work with corporate communications and marketing programs organizations to support worldwide communication and marketing programs goals and activities
Define and implement trade shows and events in support of corporate and field strategic and revenue goals
Create, manage and control the marketing budgets and expenditures.
Marketing automation experience and expertise in lead scoring, automated lead nurture, automated reporting and all marketing automation processes to ensure data cleanliness and organization desired
Knowledge/Skills/Experience: At least 5 years of overall corporate marketing management experience implementing and managing programs and reporting on program ROI with a proven record of past success in developing lead and revenue generating activities. Ability to interact with senior managers and executives within the company. Ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible as strategies change. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong project management skills coupled with the ability to work at a fast pace under strict deadlines. BS degree; MBA preferred. High tech business-to-business marketing and sales experience is required.
