Scribe is searching for a Marketing Programs Manager to define and execute marketing programs to increase sales for our cloud and heritage software businesses.
The Marketing Programs Manager will be part of the Marketing team and will be responsible for creating, managing and implementing marketing programs to drive leads and pipeline for sales. The role requires working with marketing automation and CRM systems in order to manage lead input, campaign results, analyze data, and improve processes. This role requires the ability to synthesize the data and communicate recommendations both upstream and downstream to cross-functional teams, including upper management. A keen understanding of best practices in the capture, tracking and reporting on leads is essential.
Research, create and execute new Marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads to our sales teams.
Research competitor marketing tactics, market conditions and trends in the industry. Offer recommendations to upper management for optimizing overall Marketing efforts accordingly.
Proactively manage campaigns, analyze results and optimize for improved performance.
Work with Marketing and Sales teams to build, implement and manage automated programs and tasks such as email marketing campaigns, landing page development and social programs.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing campaign program management, lead management, and reporting
Proven experience in monitoring and analyzing data to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI using Salesforce.com and other reporting tools.
Good understanding of marketing automation systems (e.g.,SilverPop)
Prior experience in defining, measuring and reporting on program success metrics and Return on Investment.
Prior experience collaborating with sales to achieve revenue goals
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Results-oriented, extremely proactive and collaborative
Great attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, performance-driven environment
Can work independently, manage your own priorities, and maintain communication with stake holders real time
5-7 years experience working with Salesforce.com for lead and campaign management
5-7 years marketing automation program experience
5-7 years experience managing lead goals towards sales revenue
5-7 years experience managing multiple lead sources or various types simultaneously
1 - 3 years experience managing lead generation metrics
3+ years experience managing social programs for lead generation
