Marketing Programs are the backbone to our success, serving as the fuel for our sales force. Qvidian is looking for a dynamic Marketing Programs Manager to create and execute high-impact marketing campaigns and activities to drive awareness and demand. This position will have responsibilities across inbound and content marketing, social media presence, and outbound marketing efforts.

Create and execute integrated, multi-touch marketing campaigns that drive awareness and net-new leads
Promote marketing programs through all appropriate channels available (website, social, partners, etc.)
Create and manage nurture campaigns to accelerate conversions
Write compelling copy, test offers and landing page layouts
Advise and contribute to overall content strategy
Manage social media channels and make recommendations on social strategy
Use Salesforce.com and Marketo to track and analyze key marketing metrics, and make recommendations on suggested changes to improve impact of campaigns and content
Travel occasionally to conferences and events
3-5 years? marketing programs experience, preferably with inbound and/or content marketing experience
Experience in B2B technology, preferably in the SaaS space
Comfort and a desire to work with innovative technology
Ability to market and communicate to senior sales and marketing leaders (previous experience marketing to this segment a plus but not required)
Strong knowledge of marketing automation and sales force automation (Marketo and Salesforce.com preferred)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Brings energy to the team and company
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Integrity and accountability
Able to handle multiple projects at once and prioritize with limited oversight
Strong written and verbal skills
