Hoopla is looking for a well-rounded marketing programs manager with experience in marketing innovative B2B SaaS solutions across a variety of online and offline channels. Experience with Marketo marketing automation system a must, as well as familiarity with Salesforce. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing, and is a great opportunity for a candidate to get involved in all aspects of marketing. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, self-directed individual with broad B2B marketing experience including online advertising, search engine marketing, web analytics, email campaigns, social media and industry events.
Working with the VP of Marketing, you will:
Develop, execute and analyze lead generation campaigns including online, web marketing, and social media campaigns
Plan, manage and measure lead generation and nurturing email campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce. Create landing pages, perform A/B testing, and tie Hoopla campaigns to sales metrics
Develop lead generation plan to drive traffic to the Hoopla web site and create awareness among our target customers about the value of Hoopla?s solutions
Manage the Hoopla web site, ensuring content is up to date
Create and manage SEO and SEM programs and measure the results using web analytics
Plan and manage Hoopla?s presence at industry events
Contribute to social media presence on the Hoopla blog, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Desired Skill Set
2-5 years of experience in the following areas:
Hands-on experience planning, implementing and measuring campaigns using marketing automation systems such as Marketo or Eloqua
Knowledge of Salesforce and how to integrate marketing campaigns with SFDC
Experience planning and managing industry events
Experience successfully implementing and measuring email lead generation and nurturing campaigns
Online marketing, including online advertising, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM a
Experience with social media as a marketing tool (Facebook, twitter, blogs, target audience related community sites) is a plus
