Marketing Programs Manager Clinicient
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Marketing Programs Manager who is a strategic thinker, loves to roll up his or her sleeves and get things done and deliver against the goals of a broad team of internal and external stakeholders. The position will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns and online activities. The qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful history in a marketing role with responsibilities in developing programs that reach new customers, and expanding customer retention and revenue growth within the existing customer base.
This position requires hands-on creative talent backed by the interpersonal and organizational skills necessary to bring a project from idea to fruition. The successful Marketing Programs Manager will have extensive lead generation, reporting, digital marketing and project management skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with marketing teams to produce clear, consistent and compelling marketing campaigns, and other materials as requested to generate awareness and demand, support customers, and project a positive brand image.
Maintain lead programs to ensure and measure appropriate lead counts, including lead nurturing programs and offer development.
Collect information and data to produce consolidated monthly and quarterly campaign metrics. This will include reporting on web traffic, new registrants, lead funnel, and campaign results.
Ensure company, product positioning and role-based messaging are articulated appropriately throughout various marketing campaigns and reaches the appropriate target audience.
Manage the development and execution of online marketing programs with the purpose of generating new sales leads for the company.
Marketing campaign content development and delivery.
Develop a comprehensive online marketing plan through media partners that includes banner ads, sponsorships, email campaigns, and other creative means to reach online audiences.
Help to grow our database and deepen our relationship with current members through a broad range of online and other communications.
Work with the marketing qualification and sales teams to ensure they are briefed on marketing programs and have the right tools to follow up as required.
Contribute to the day-to-day marketing activities from concept and research through to implementation in any territory where assistance is required.
Represent our company outside of the office by attending external events.
Work with the web team to ensure that marketing programs are accurately reflected on our Web site and that all required lead acquisition components are fully in place.
Complete other duties as assigned to meet company goals.
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in development of annual departmental budgets and operational plans.
Ad hoc projects as requested.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
5 ? 7 years of marketing experience in B2B, healthcare or technology field preferred.
Possess up-to-date skills in digital marketing, brand, creative and content development and campaign management.
Experience in managing and executing B2B direct marketing customer lead generation and acquisition programs. Experience executing e-mail marketing programs.
Experience with database marketing, marketing automation, CRM preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively establish and manage multiple priorities.
Strong reporting skills with the ability to analyze data to inform and improve lead generation programs.
Must have strong copy editing skills. Copy writing experience a plus.
Experience in managing and delivering Webinars.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Bachelor?s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience and understanding of healthcare, EMR, Practice Management, Revenue cycle and/or SaaS-based BPO a plus.

SCOPE AND ACCOUNTABILITY
The Marketing Programs Manager will have a high level of interaction with prospects, clients and will interact will all levels of Clinicient management and staff. Their decisions and work will have significant impact on market demand, establishing the Clinicient brand and revenue. The individual in this position will work largely without direct supervision and pre-established instructions and guidelines to perform work.
This position is performed primarily in an office environment. Significant portions of the job require extended sedentary periods, constant work with computers (including extended period of keyboarding), and repetitive motion of hands and wrists. Some limited travel may be required.
