Your Opportunity...
As part of the MarketTools Marketing team, the Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of marketing programs in support of MarketTools Custom Market Research solutions. The Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for managing the strategy of development of marketing programs including demand generation campaigns, nurture campaigns, Webinars, customer communications, and more. This position will work closely with the Corporate Marketing and Market Research Services team as part of the company?s overall marketing and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the strategy and drive the execution of marketing programs targeting our Market Research clients: develop program objectives, program content, targets, tactics and metrics for success
Devise and maintain marketing programs calendar built around focus areas and objectives of the sales team
Create campaigns for lead nurturing, cross-selling, retention and re-engagement
Manage the email campaign lifecycle from design to development, deployment to reporting
Determine Webinar topics, drive attendance, manage logistics and track success metrics; create and maintain Webinar calendar
Partner with sales leadership to identify high-value customer targets and devise specific campaigns for engagement
Track and report on campaign costs, performance and ROI through marketing program lifecycle
Support coordination, planning and execution of company and third party events, including industry conferences and speaking opportunities
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working in a B2B demand generation and/or marketing programs function
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
Experience in both product and services marketing
Strong project management and planning skills to establish priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously for seamless execution
Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems including salesforce.com and marketo
Rigorous attention to detail in creating high quality materials for outstanding results
Willing to work in a hands-on, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
4-year degree (BA/BS) Preferred
