Marketing Programs Manager
Xactly Corporation, twice listed among the Wall Street Journal-s top venture backed companies and selected as one of the top 25 small workplaces in the nation by Great Places to Work, is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to lead our demand generation programs. This critical role requires an analytical marketer experienced with content marketing and lead nurturing. Success in this role will be measured in terms of lead generation, opportunity development, and ability to measure and optimize marketing investments.
This is an individual contributor position located in San Jose, CA, reporting directly to the Vice President, Marketing. Project management of internal resources and external contractors is expected.
Plan, test, and manage execution of integrated marketing campaigns ? leverage tactics across all available channels, including email, online/PPC, webinars, trade shows, content syndication, social media, etc. to engage prospects
Analyze the ROI and effectiveness of each initiative, and deliver lead generation performance reports to management
Develop and manage prospect nurturing programs to educate and convert initial interest into sales-ready leads
Collaborate with Sales to ensure effective lead hand-off and to continuously improve lead scoring
Coordinate with content creation team to focus efforts on topics and media types proven to be most engaging
Determine how to most effectively identify and reach targeted segment members
Manage marketing automation and CRM systems and data to enable successful program execution and measurement
2+ years experience running B2B lead generation programs, measuring their success, and optimizing results
Marketo and salesforce.com experience preferred
Passion for analytics and record of using data to improve business decisions
Self-starter with strong organizational skills
Ability to focus on detail while prioritizing multiple simultaneous projects
Outstanding communication skills ? written, verbal, and social media
Bachelors degree in related field
