Marketing Programs Manager The Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for maximizing revenues for Silver Peak products by developing and executing demand generation campaigns that result in a high volume of qualified sales opportunities. This high profile, dynamic role in a fast growing start up is a perfect fit for a creative, results-driven B2B marketer. The ideal candidate will be capable of aligning programs with strategic corporate objectives, familiar with leading-edge demand generation tactics and able to understand customer pain points in our targeted segments. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing integrated campaigns across multiple distribution channels; planning, promoting and executing events online and in the field; applying and extending online ecommerce concepts to enterprise software sales; creating and managing joint marketing programs for VARs and strategic partners. Responsibilities
Develop and execute compelling demand generation campaigns across multiple distribution channels
Copywriting for emails, website updates, landing pages, marketing collateral, telemarketing scripts, webinars and online ads
Manage media partners to support campaign objectives
Create and drive joint GTM activities with resellers and strategic partners
Plan, promote and execute events online and in the field
Identify and enable key distribution partner sales, pre-sales, inside sales, and marketing organizations
Own, manage, track and report on budgets (including MDF) and results for all demand gen programs and events.
Coordinate with Silver Peak field, channel and product marketing teams
Education and Experience
Bachelor in technical, business or marketing
3+ years of marketing experience, with emphasis on marketing technical solutions to IT buyers
Deep understanding of marketing and sales campaign development
Working knowledge of salesforce.com and marketing automation (pref. Marketo)
Demonstrated success in driving revenue through demand gen campaigns
Strong analytical and project management skills
Exceptional writer and creative thinker
Knowledge of storage, networking and/or virtualization technologies/markets a plus
Team player, comfortable interacting and negotiating with peers as well as senior level individuals
Self-starter who can multi-task well in a fast-paced, growth driven environment.
