Marketing Programs Production Manager - Outbound Marketing Vizu

We are looking for a smart, driven, innovative person to become part of our Outbound Marketing team. Vizu, now part of the Nielsen company, provides advertising effectiveness technology to leading brands, agencies, publishers, ad networks, and DSPs. Simply put, Vizu?s vision is to provide the common currency of communication and the technology that allows advertisers and their partners in the digital media ecosystem to collaborate in real-time to maximize the return on advertising investment. In so doing, we will catalyze the flow of brand advertising dollars toward digital media, helping it to reach its full potential.
Reporting to the Director, Outbound Marketing, the Marketing Programs Production Manager will be responsible for the planning and production of Vizu?s demand generation programs including, but not limited to events, email campaigns, web seminars, and direct mail.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Vizu?s marketing programs calendar.
Develop and manage delivery against the marketing production calendar supporting the programs calendar.
Plan and execute email campaigns against Vizu?s prospect and customer database
Manage all logistics for traditional direct mail ? printing, mail house, FedEx, etc.
Ensure the ongoing accuracy and integrity of our email and mailing lists
Plan, execute, and drive all logistics for Vizu events including conferences, summits, and workshops. This includes signage, promotion, asset creation and post-event follow-up.
Plan and execute web seminars against Vizu?s prospect and customer database
Manage the Vizu web banner program ? includes working with an outside designer to create the banners and distribute as needed to 3rd parties to support events, lead generation and brand initiatives.
Support all other aspects of Vizu?s demand generation programs and activities
Ensure that campaigns, assets, communications, and messaging are aligned to corporate branding guidelines.
Provide analysis and reporting on programs and campaigns and make suggestions to improve overall effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements:
Highly self-motivated and resourceful with a focus on producing stellar results

Ability to drive people and projects to meet deliverables, budget, and timelines
Talent for working with close knit teams and cross functional groups as well as the ability to manage external consultants/vendors
Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Desire and aptitude to work both in a hands-on as well as strategic capacity
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines
Track record of success and progressively growing responsibilities in previous marketing experience
Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Vertical Response, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint ? HTML and CS2 experience a plus
3-5 years previous marketing experience or project management experience
