Responsibilities:
Execute, analyze, and optimize ?top of the funnel? demand gen programs, including Online Advertising, Search Engine Marketing, Webinars, Content Syndication, and Direct Mail campaigns
Generate qualified sales leads through marketing programs in target demographics, including verticals, regions, buyer personas, and competitor platforms
Work with Manager of Marketing Programs and Inside Sales Directors to ensure all sales teams are briefed on marketing programs and have the right tools to follow up as required
Help to grow our database through a broad range of online and other communications
Work closely with Manager of Marketing Programs, Manager of Online Marketing, and Manager of Content & Communications to reflect consistent company and product messaging across programs
Support Manager of Marketing Programs in ad hoc list purchase and email nurture programs
Produce consolidated monthly and quarterly program metrics, including lead gen and pipeline influence results
Responsible for program-specific budget forecasting and management
Qualifications:
College graduate with 2-3 years experience in a digital marketing, demand generation role (Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing or related field is a plus)
A proactive self-starter with excellent quantitative/analytic skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, and attention to detail
A passion for learning, change, and thinking outside the box to propose and implement new methodologies, process efficiencies, and innovative solutions
A team player with a great sense of humor
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and marketing automation (Marketo preferred) systems
1-2 years experience developing and editing HTML code preferred
Advertising and email copywriting and/or editing targeted at B2B (software) audiences
Experience in working with and managing external vendor relationships, including strong negotiating skills to deliver high quality leads on time
