THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Marketing Programs Specialist will primarily be responsible for successfully planning and managing highly effective and visible multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs that support the company?s pipeline goals.
The successful candidate will lead the next stage in the development of a world-class demand generation program, which today includes targeted advertising, co-marketing initiatives with partners, online and search marketing, social media and events.
The Marketing Programs Specialist must be enthusiastic about demand generation including planning, message development, execution and ROI tracking. This role is best suited for a matrix driven high achiever with proven ability develop B2B marketing programs both on the strategic and tactical level.
The position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager of Demand Generation in our San Francisco, California headquarters.
Develop and manage the execution of high-impact demand generation programs that include generating, nurturing and scoring leads.
Strategically integrate and leverage demand generation tactics and tools, including email, webinars, events, social media and search engine marketing.
Leverage Eloqua, Salesforce.com and other tools to produce lead and opportunity reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress, conversion rates, cost per lead, etc.
Align marketing with sales to ensure demand generation campaigns are synchronized with sales strategies and goals.
Work with internal/external resources to create compelling content and assets.
3-5 years of hands-on B2B experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, in inbound and demand generation marketing (field marketing, lead gen and nurturing, marketing campaign execution and measurement).
Experience using salesforce.com and marketing automation tools (preferably Eloqua) to capture, track and report on leads.
An established track record of managing nurturing programs, webinars, online advertising, email campaigns and sponsorships.
Creative, innovative and resourceful with the interest/desire to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics.
Experience in creating email marketing campaigns, including simple HTML updating within marketing automation software.
Running social media ads including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Organized project management and time management skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities.
