General Responsibilities:
The Marketing Research Analyst (Temporary) will, with supervisor guidance, manage ongoing product testing programs. This individual will need to partner collaboratively, and cross-functionally, to meet the needs of business partners and colleagues. S/he will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating findings via synthesized summaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Product and Marketing Team to:
Develop online qualitative research surveys with cross-functional departments, including writing surveys, building survey in research software, creating recruiting emails and analyzing results. Produces and presents formal results summaries to stakeholders.
Generate and analyze data and/or metrics to track, trend, develop and benchmark marketing strategies supporting market research, consumer marketing and social media marketing efforts.
Organizes quantitative research activities (in-home product testing, focus groups, ethnographies), including moderator guide development and participant recruiting.
Build and organize business intelligence databank using primary and secondary research sources. Produces monthly and quarterly reports in key trend areas. Communicates and presents data as needed.
Maintains research database and email box including managing unsubscribe database
Assist in the evaluation and selection of research suppliers.
Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of Marketing Research experience
Required Technical Competencies
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Strong analytical abilities
Ability to organize and manage multiple, time-sensitive projects
Ability to work well in a team setting
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in Photoshop (basic), online research software and e-mail marketing software.
