Marketing & Sales Coordinator Liaison Technologies
Role & Responsibilities
Liaison Healthcare is a fast-paced, growing Healthcare IT organization. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will serve as the lynchpin that keeps our Marketing, Sales and Business Developments departments running smoothly. This successful candidate will be a team player, organized self-starter with the ability to both anticipate and take direction well. This position requires strong process management, organizational, interpersonal and project/task management skills. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong lasting relationships with both internal and external resources. Attention to detail, ability to develop, executes, track and report on sales programs and marketing campaigns that drive additional sales. The ideal candidate will have established healthcare knowledge and be able to readily network within the social healthcare online media groups.
Manage and maintain Salesforce.com, Marketo or Pardot marketing automation programs, and website updates and changes as needed.
Ability to analyze campaign results and provide recommendations to Sr. Marketing Manager regarding better optimization for future programs and campaigns.
Ability to provide monthly campaign reports regarding response, leads within the sales pipe-line, total number of leads generated by marketing per month and of those which ones were identified as qualified leads, and the leads contacted by the sales team vs. those that were entered into the lead nurture campaign directly.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with sales leadership to define programs and campaigns and ensuring these campaigns are successfully executed and completed.
Ability to provide a sales process plan for contacting prospects and leads obtained through marketing efforts, tracking sales contact throughout the sale cycle and ensuring the correct nurture campaigns are targeted to the needs of that prospect or lead.
Compose engaging and informative content using appropriate brand voice and best practices on social channels such as LinkedIn, relevant blogs, and group associations.
Conduct outreach and create beneficial collaborations with bloggers and other social media influencers
Ability to support sales staff with presentations, internal staff communication, and customer newsletters as needed.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in marketing, related field or equivalent work experience
3+ years? experience in marketing or sales
Knowledge of the Healthcare IT market
Strong communication, writing, and editing skills
Excellent strategic, analytical and execution skills
Proven record of utilizing innovative marketing practices and techniques
Experience with electronic, digital and traditional marketing communication platforms
Experience with the following IT Programs: Microsoft Office / Salesforce.com / Marketo or ExactTarget / Sitefinity / WebEx / Website video content development / Twitter / HTML / LinkedIn
Strong experience focusing on Sales support.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to develop profiles for sales team members on Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, etc.
Ability to mentor Social Media intern regarding social media best practices, ensuring brand voice, and monitoring all social media and interactive content.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite 6, Flash, HTML, Video development and execution would be a plus.
