Marketing Services Product Manager Ticketfly
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Services, this role is responsible for enhancing existing tools and evaluating the highest-value opportunities to build upon our offering with new channels. You will use the experimental method, working closely with Sales leadership to identify strategically important client segments and build premium marketing services packages that can be tested and analyzed relative to client goals. You will then work with Product Management to integrate the best-performing channels into the Ticketfly platform.
Candidates considered for this role will have extensive experience developing and implementing B2C digital marketing strategies. They will be technically savvy and capable of managing an integration between third parties and Ticketfly. They will have a proven track record of analysis to identify the most promising opportunities and accurately measure ROI. Lastly, they will exhibit creativity and persistence that enables them to overcome hurdles which may block other people.

Develop metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of Ticketfly marketing tools. Set benchmarks and goals for continuous improvement. Identify and execute strategies to meet/exceed goals.
Expand marketing services to include paid channels such as SEM, Social, Email, and Display advertising. Partner with Sales to identify strategically important client segments. Build premium marketing services packages with the dual goal of 1) helping these clients sell more tickets and 2) providing Ticketfly with performance data on new B2C channels.
Manage experimental client marketing campaigns including goal-setting, creative, targeting, A/B testing, optimization, and measurement. Work directly with clients to get feedback on CPA targets and gain access to downstream metrics like new customer acquisition and LTV.
Work with Product Management to integrate the best-performing paid marketing channels into the Ticketfly platform. Where necessary, manage the integration between Ticketfly and third parties.
Identify and evaluate potential revenue and pricing models for paid marketing tools. Consider the benefits and costs of driving incremental ticket sales for both Ticketfly and clients.
Identify digital marketing best practices for Ticketfly client segments. Author thought leadership pieces for client communications and company PR.
Collaborate with product marketing to develop client case studies and sales collateral.
Conduct comprehensive marketing audits and recommendations for Enterprise clients. Perform progress audits (health checks) on a quarterly basis.
Bachelor degree and 5+ years of work experience.
Expertise in B2C digital marketing and a track record of delivering outstanding results
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding MS Office skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Experience driving results at an internet or technology company
