Description:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist role requires strong communication and organizational skills as well the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Responsibilities Include:
Working with each stakeholder on the Marketing team to execute marketing projects and complete tasks as needed
Develop presentations for sales and marketing
Sales Support, ranging from collateral creation to master sales presentations to printed/branded items
Develop corporate and brand/PR presentations
Managing field office distribution of sales materials, as well as inventory for HQ
Set-up, manage and report on marketing campaigns
Maintain a media list and PR mentions
Day-to-day clerical tasks (shipping, invoices)
Maintaining a relationship with vendors for printed and branded materials
Working with creative services to produce brand assets (letterhead, business cards)
Use client data to develop case studies for sales and press
Maintain client list
Light community management
Requirements:
Must be a self-starter and have great attention to detail
Passionate about social media
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to become the subject matter expert in new technologies quickly
Enthusiastic, personable and ability to take charge
Dependable, well grounded and flexible when it comes to solving challenges
Ability to work well with other team members, communicate effectively and multi-task
Proficient in the iWork (Keynote, Pages, Numbers) and Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) Suites
Experience with customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com, SugarCRM, ect)
Experience with email marketing
1-3 years of previous B2B experience
