Marketing Specialist Integrated Photonics Technology, Inc.
We are seeking a hands on Marketing Specialist (Manager, Director, VP level) for the CATV product sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Product Management and Product Marketing and strategic direction planning with a solid understanding of MSO and data networks. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead the Engineering Department with product direction and product definition is a must. The ability to support sales efforts and converse with customers on all levels from Corporate Headquarters to individual Engineers is also required. This position also drives the branding efforts of the company and leads the team in development of marketing collateral. Trade show planning and organization are led from this position as well.This is a senior level position and the candidate should have 10+ years of experience in the either the Cable, Telecom or broadcaster environment. A BSEE is preferred and an MBA or equivalent experience is desired.
