Salary will vary based on experience but is expected to be in the range of $45 to $50K plus healthcare benefits, vacation, 401K, etc. First 120 days will be on a contract basis. Position is in Warren; no relocation benefits.

Overview
The AdvantEdge Marketing Specialist has a broad variety of inbound and outbound marketing responsibilities and operates within a deadline-driven environment. The Specialist must manage many projects simultaneously and effectively deal with print, email, web and social media.
Essential Functions
Administers all tradeshows including managing schedule of reservations, payments, hotel reservations, booth design, booth I&D, staffing, pre and post-show promotions, measurement, etc.
Coordinates and administers all print and electronic advertising: space deadlines, payment schedules, artwork preparation and submittal, traffic monitoring, etc.
Performs day to day updates to the website using WordPress. Monitors traffic, broken links and produces weekly and monthly website statistics.
Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and mailing.
Maintains collateral library by checking and replenishing inventory.
Assists with the development, writing, and publication of newsletters, case studies, videos, whitepapers, brochures, direct mail offers and presentations.
Executes the day to day delivery of email marketing campaigns (lead nurturing), e-newsletters, invitations etc.
Assists with writing and editing of content for website pages, blogs, landing pages and CTAs.
Administer webinar and other events including pre and post-event promotions, follow-up and measurement.
Coordinates with our Agency all artwork and other design needed for the preceding.
Arranges for vendor services for printing, tradeshow services, website (SEO, hosting), ad placement, and other services as required.
Performs minor graphic design and editing (e.g. logo variations) using Photoshop and Indesign.
Prepares and manages timelines for marketing projects.
Produce campaign analytics reports as required.
Keeps CRM (Salesnet.com) and Marketing Automation (Hubspot) databases current. Performs data scrubbing and appending as required. Assists sales team members as required.
Produces weekly Sales reports and monthly sales reports for the board.
Supports sales and other presentations by assembling and editing appropriate PowerPoint slides, videos and demos.
Requirements

Sound understanding of the principles of marketing.
Good project management skills including time management, prioritization, deadlines, workflow and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze and report on information and data (e.g. website trends, sales funnel statistics, etc.).
Physical ability to lift boxes (e.g. collateral) up to 50 pounds.
Able to perform all job responsibilities in an ethical, compliant manner consistent with the organization?s values and the company?s Corporate Compliance Program.
Team player who works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded and works effectively as part of the Marketing and Sales team.
Experience required
Expert PC skills including WordPress, Photoshop, InDesign, html, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
Expert web skills including blogs / social media
Experience with graphic design, photography, and website management
Experience desired
Medical billing or related experience and/or knowledge
Internet marketing including SEO, SEM, email marketing, banner ads
Inbound marketing experience: marketing funnel, lead nurturing, A/B testing, use of marketing automation software, etc.
General marketing experience including advertising, promotions, direct marketing, events and public relations
Microsoft Project
Bachelor?s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Marketing, Business Communications, English, Journalism, or related areas
