Gilt is looking for a creative, energetic, self-motivated Marketing Specialist for Gilt Home. S/He will execute cross-channel marketing events, perform campaign recap analyses, oversee promotional assets, and maintain a divisional marketing calendar. This individual should have professional poise and presence, excellent communication skills and the ability to take initiative and multi-task. The Marketing Specialist will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Gilt Men?s and Home.
Work cross-functionally with Acquisition, CRM, Analytics, Production, Creative Design, Public Relations, and Editorial teams to execute and recap cross-channel integrated marketing events.
Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing assets meet deadlines and are on-brand; secure approval from leadership on all customer-facing projects.
Manage promotional campaigns for the Home division, including uploading creative and messaging for on-site assets, email banners, newsletters, and social media content.
Maintain daily cross-channel marketing calendar and other key marketing communication documents for the Home division.
Keep cross-functional partners, including customer service, fraud, site operations, central marketing, merchandising, and legal teams, abreast of Home?s marketing activities ? both active and pipeline.
Participate in weekly marketing strategy meetings, strategizing ways to drive traffic to and conversion for the Home division.
Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape for the Home division, and incorporate as an input into integrated marketing campaign planning and recaps.
Compile, analyze, and present performance of key demand metrics and ad hoc analyses, as needed.
Compile KPIs and help prepare pitch and hindsight decks for Home vendors and partners.
Bachelor?s degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience
Strong interest in the Home business; relevant industry experience a plus
Strong communication and analytical skills
Outstanding project management skills; ability to multitask on several projects
Self-motivated, nimble and highly results-driven
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; interest in understanding online/web analytics
