The Marketing Success Architect is responsible for working with Top Tier clients to develop innovative strategic plans to drive marketing success. The architect will work with onboarding clients to map out short and long-term strategic plans that align with the client's business goals and objectives. The Architect will work with our Account Directors to develop account growth plans. The Architect will develop Innovation Plans to illustrate the revenue growth potential through adoption of innovation strategies in email, mobile, social and display. The Marketing Success Architect will report to the VP of Marketing Success and Innovation and support our clients in the Western Region.
Key responsibilities:
Assist new customers with development of success plans to enable quicker realization of incremental success from the Responsys product.
Support Sr. Architects with presentation of strategic vision to prospects and position Responsys as thought leader.
Develop Marketing Success plan framework and meet with new customers to define plan.
Collaborate with internal support teams (i.e. tech, account management, etc.) to develop plan that enables customer to see incremental results from the Responsys migration quickly.
Work with client to identify business objectives and key metrics for success.
Develop effective marketing strategies that improve program performance and harness emerging customer trends.
Provide pragmatic and forward-thinking guidance to challenge customers and prospects with our strategic vision.
Participate in creation of content for events and industry thought leadership.

Qualifications:
The qualified candidate will have over 5 years of experience in direct marketing, online marketing, and/or database marketing, with at least 3 years of experience with the email channel. Previous agency or consulting experience required. Candidates should have Ideal candidates will have the following skills/characteristics:
Track record for developing and executing marketing plans with measurable results.
Ability to provide real-world best practice examples and provide actionable advice on how to improve their current program
Excellent presentation and speaking skills
Ability to 'think outside the box' and come up with innovative ideas
Confidence and ability to challenge with insights and thoughtful research
